BWR Training Course
The online BWR Training Course is also available to hotel staff members. This self paced course allows the participant to learn about important aspects of the BWR loyalty program and necessary BWR processes that commonly take place at the hotel.
This course is great for new and veteran staff and can be completed at their leisure. This course is located on the Our World Learning page, formerly known as BWI University, and you can access it by logging into the Hotel Portal and clicking Online Learning at the top right-hand side of your screen. From there you can search for the 2024 Best Western Rewards Training course.
