Promotion Dates:May 11, 2026 – September 7, 2026 

Who Can Participate: All new and existing Best Western Rewards® (BWR®) members who register for the promotion prior to the completion of their first qualified night. Sweepstakes open only to Rewards Members, who are legal residents of Canada or the U.S. (including its territories & DC) (“Eligibility Area”) and are 18 years or older and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry.

Requirements: Upon completion of a qualifying night, registered BWR members will receive 1,000 bonus points per qualified night at all participating Best Western branded hotels in the US, Canada, and Caribbean. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Rewards Members must register for the BWR summer promotion and complete an eligible night at a participating Best Western Hotel to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Stay Entry”). To enter the Sweepstakes without completing an eligible night, a Rewards Member can mail in a 3”x5” piece of paper with their name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, BWR membership number, and date of birth to: The Summer 2026 BWH® Hotels Sweepstakes Entries, P.O. Box 7699 Melville, NY 11775-7699 USA to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Mailed Entries must be postmarked by September 7, 2026 and received by September 16, 2026 to be included in the Sweepstakes drawing. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. 

Limit: There is no limit to the number of 1,000 bonus points per night a member may earn during the promotion period. For the 250K Bonus Points Sweepstakes, there is a limit of twenty (20) entries per person regardless of method of entry or combined methods of entry during the Sweepstakes Period. 

Delivery: The bonus points will be posted to the rewards member’s account two (2) weeks after the completion of the qualified nights. Fifty (50) Grand Prize Sweepstakes winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about September 17, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. 

Exceptions: Stays booked through an online travel agency (OTA), tour operator, or booked at a special discounted rate are not eligible for this promotion. 

Special Included Rates: Employee (EP), Friends & Family (FF), and Pay with Points (FX2) rates are eligible for this promotion.
