Enrollment Process


    1. Contact our WorldHotels Rewards Customer Care team at 1 (800) 237-8483 and state that you are requesting a Status Match for your newly enrolled member
    2. You can also email the team at statusmatch@bwhhotelgroup.com
    3. Let the agent know the member’s Rewards number and the status/brand that will match
    4. Proof of competitor Rewards status is not required when calling, however, when emailing the proof is needed
    5. Inform your guest of their new Elite status Rewards members will also receive an email informing them of their new Elite status
