Enrollment Process
- Contact our WorldHotels Rewards Customer Care team at 1 (800) 237-8483 and state that you are requesting a Status Match for your newly enrolled member
- You can also email the team at statusmatch@bwhhotelgroup.com
- Let the agent know the member’s Rewards number and the status/brand that will match
- Proof of competitor Rewards status is not required when calling, however, when emailing the proof is needed
- Inform your guest of their new Elite status Rewards members will also receive an email informing them of their new Elite status
