Enrollment Process

  1.  
  1. Call Best Western Rewards Marketing Support at 877-735-1737 or email statusmatch@bestwestern.com. Tell the agent that you would like to status match a Best Western Rewards member.
  2. The customer care agent will ask for the guest’s Best Western Rewards number. If the guest is not yet enrolled into Best Western Rewards, the customer care agent can enroll the guest.
  3. Provide the customer care agent with information about the customer’s elite level and what hotel loyalty program the customer is with.
  4. The customer care agent will make the determination as to what Best Western Rewards Elite level we will status match with the customer.
