Overall BWR Enrollment Goal

Best Western Rewards (BWR®) is our brand’s most important marketing program. It is an effective tool to maintain and grow our business, while staying ahead of the competition. To increase acquisition into the BWR program and to ensure hotels are contributing to this effort, hotels are required to enroll 1.25% of their total available room inventory as part of their Overall Enrollment Goal. These goals are assessed quarterly on a rolling 12 months to account for seasonality. In 2024, BWR® drove $2.1B in revenue. With the support of the membership, we will continue to grow this initiative, take more share, beat the competition, and drive even more revenue to the brand

Your Enrollment Goal

Hotels are required to enroll 1.25% of their total available room inventory.

For example: If your property has 80 rooms, your enrollment threshold would be 365 or 1 qualified enrollment per day

  • 80 room property x .0125 = 1 qualified enrollment per day.
  • 30 qualified enrollments per month.
  • 365 qualified enrollments per year.

 

Hotels will be held to 80% of that goal.

Review Period Dates:

  • April 1
    • Reviewing March 31 previous year to April 1 current year
  • July 1
    • Reviewing June 30 previous year to July 1 current year
  • October 1
    • Reviewing September 30 previous year to October 1 current year
  • January 1
    • Reviewing December 31 previous year to January 1 current year

Properties will be notified if they are not meeting their enrollment goal.

What is a "qualified enrollment?"

Qualified enrollments are new BWR members that meet the following criteria:

  • Have completed their first stay at the enrolling hotel
  • The enrollment must have a valid email address
  • The points, miles or partner rewards must be posted to the BWR account within 3 days of check-out

Property BWR enrollment reports can be accessed in “Reports” under the Quicksight tab in Member Web
