Employee Rate Benefit Program
Best Western extends special discounted rates to BWH corporate employee of hotels in good standing that participate in this Employee Rate Benefit Program.
Please note that not every Best Western has chosen to participate in this program.
Rate Details
- Booking links can only be obtained from the Member or Employee Portals.
- Employees may not book the Employee Rate at a hotel within 30 miles of their place of employment. (In case of emergency, the employee should call the local general manager to request an exception.)
- Rate is a minimum of 50% off RACK Rate.
- A limited number of rooms will be allocated to the rate plan per day for each participating property. Hotel may submit blackout dates.
- Hotel determines the room types for availability in this program.
- Employees that book the employee rate (“EP”) shall receive five hundred (500) BWR points per night. The cost of these points will be charged to the BWR program.
- To be used for leisure travel only; cannot be used for business travel.
- Employees may book a maximum of one room per stay at the EP rate. The employee must occupy the room.
- Reservations may be made for no more than 5 days in any 30-day period at the Employee Rate at the same hotel, and no more than 7 days total for any one rolling 12-month period.
- Authorization forms are no longer required at time of check-in.
- At check-in, you must present a valid picture ID and form of payment. Conditions of payment and cancellation will be specified at time of booking.
- The employee may use the Friends & Family rate when the employee rate is not available or when the employee will not be occupying the room.
- Payment must be established at check-in. Most hotels require a credit card at check in.
- The above guidelines apply to hotels in both the U.S. and Canada.
