Elite Member Recognition Program

Guests deserve to be recognized for their loyalty and are proven to return to properties that made them feel special. In an effort to express our appreciation for our Elite members, Best Western Rewards has four requirements of Elite Recognition that must be upheld at all Best Western branded hotels in the United States, Canada, or Caribbean Islands.”

Elite Recognition requirements:

1.All properties are required to display the BWR Elite Recognition acrylic plaque at the front desk, as designed by Best Western Hotels & Resorts.

- New properties will receive a plaque in the BWR Marketing onboarding kit.
- For existing properties in need of a replacement plaque, ordered here

2. At check-in, a property representative or front desk agent must verbally thank BWR Elite Member for their business and loyalty as well as recognize their status.

3. In addition to a verbal thank you, Elite Members should be informed that they will receive a 500-point welcome bonus following checkout.

- BWR members in Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Diamond Select categories (Elite Members) will receive this bonus.
- The 500 point welcome bonus is awarded to all Elite Members at the property’s cost of $2.75 per elite member per stay.
- The 500-point bonus applies to all rate plans, including for FX (free night) reservations.

4. Elite Members must receive at least one (1) bottle of water, or two (2) if there is more than one occupant, at check-in.
