Innsider Program
Rock & Enroll Innsider Incentive
Reap your Triple Innsider Rewards with 1,500 bonus points per qualified enrollment with a valid email address between September 25 through November 6, 2024.
Registration is required prior to the first Qualified Enrollment. Qualified Enrollments completed prior to promotion registration will not count towards satisfying the promotion requirements. Bonus points will be posted 7 to 10 days after the incentive period concludes. Once posted, points can be used for digital gift cards and FREE NIGHTS redemption!

The Innsider Program is a great program that offers you the opportunity to earn BWR Points when you enroll new members into our Best Western Rewards loyalty program. The program is free to join and points can be used for gifts cards, free night stays, and more!

This program is free join! Follow these steps to sign up for the Innsider Program:
Managers can enroll front desk employees into the Innsider Program by visiting Member Web, selecting Best Western Rewards, then selecting Front Desk Incentive, and select Enroll a New Employee from the drop-down on top of the page.
This will immediately provide them with a new employee BWR account numbers, which includes an important 3-digit ID that the the Innisder will need to use in order to receive credit for new enrollments.

Important Tax Information
Best Western Rewards® Innsider Program is an incentive plan which awards points to eligible participants for various BWR marketing and enrollment activities. In connection with this program, Best Western Hotels & Resorts is obligated by U.S. and Canadian tax authorities to issue a Form 1099-MISC (U.S.)/Form T4-A (Canada) to Innsiders who reach the yearly tax threshold.
Please note that, as part of our effort to keep Innsiders engaged in enrolling new members, any individual that is taxed on BWR point earnings will receive a check. This check is part of our effort to enhance the Innsider Program and to reward top performers; it is intended to assist Innsiders to meet their tax liability.
