Reporting
There are several valuable reports available in Quicksight to help you manage Best Western Rewards® at your hotel. Some of these reports were previously available in Member Web and have been moved to Quicksight.
The Reconciliation Dashboard provides you with an overview of your property’s FX2 reservations by date and allows you to track reimbursements as frequently as daily.
The Global Enrollment Report contains detailed information on your property’s BWR® enrollment goals and Innsider enrollments.
The BWR scorecard is a great resource for your team that allows you to track enrollments, promotion registrations, Innsider performance, and more!
This new report will allow you to track and compare the reimbursements for all of your hotel’s FX and FX2 reimbursements and all free night redemptions (for free night vouchers and points).
This report shows the BWR points issued at your hotel in summary and detail version with selected date range, Point Source Type, Point Source Code and Property ID (when PROPERTY is selected for Point Source Type).
